I didn’t blog about this before but right before leaving for G.theguidon.com relaunch party I was approached by one of glance’s reporters that were at the event to pose for a picture that was to be featured on their fashion article on the ACTM first GA (which had a mafia theme).

I’m not one to actually think a lot about fashion. I usually just try to look nice but I think the ACTM first GA (combined with the G Relaunch) was one of the days where I really decided to mix and match and find something that worked. I didn’t have to look much to find something black and sort of formal since I stocked up a lot of those from latin dancing hahaha.

Semestral break has been pretty boring but it has been at the very least a little productive. Let me begin by saying I PASSED ACCOUNTING! To the side you’ll see a shot of my “Individual program of study page” where you can see if you passed (P) or failed (F). We don’t know our grades yet but this has eased the tension quite a bit. I was pretty sure I was going to fail when I saw my fourth long test last Saturday and this has just taken a load off my shoulders! I might have a bonfire sometime this week and burn my Accounting book cause I have just been victorious against Venus Ibarra, the most evil department head of the Ateneo! hahahaha *shoots a frost bolt*

I’ve also started cleaning up my room. My room sort of reflects the stress level of my semester and by the looks of the aftermath, I was probably on the verge of getting an Ulcer from all the stress. I’ve had little progress though mostly picking up dirty clothes that have piled up. Now at least I have a space to practice latin ballroom when I get the urge to.

Every time I hear Keep Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis now I get the urge to move my hips in a figure-8 and dance rumba! I can’t wait till the club starts this November and this is going to be one of my new driving factors to go to school. Thanks to Osan Mendoza I now have a video of our Rumba performance last September 28! here it is I’m actually in the back row with PC here.

I simply deposited the payment into her account called her up and in two days my gelaskin came in the mail! It was that quick! It wasn’t expensive either Compared to the alternative which is Gmasks (with their boring photoshop brushed designs) that cost almost 3000 php, Gelaskins fromt his destributor only cost 1000 php thats a good deal! Now Anita looks so beautiful and no one would think she’s already two years old!

Anyways, I’m a little frustrated right now as the topcase of my macbook cracked again! I wonder why apple hasn’t honored this as a product defect yet! It’s a good thing that I still have Apple Care Warranty so I can have it replaced anytime. I recently learned that if you find your apple product breaking thrice you can have it replaced but I wonder if my top case could fall under those breakage. If it is then that’s two down.

Ynzal, a really highly recommended service center had their apple official reseller status removed recently and because they had a lot of patrons, they had a red tag sale last week to honor the support the community has given them. The prices we’re really great and I was able to get this great 4mac Macbook hard shell case. I got it in blue because I wanted to have some of the scratches hidden. Kind of Looks cool in blue doesn’t it? And the apple backlight is still very much visible as well!

But sadly the big crack is still visible, which is why I’m looking for a proudskin! Anyways I’m still in the ACTM room and my dad is already calling me… waaah have to run!

We have this little trend at school where we give names to our laptops, since I now have a macbook I have to find a name for it. I thought of a lot of names but I really can’t decide on one. I thought of “Maggie” from The Simpsons because my old desktop PC is named Lisa. I wanted “Phillip” from the Rugrats because if there is a chance I’ll e buying another computer or electronic gadget in the future, I could name it “Lillian”. “Stewie” and “Brian” came from Family Guy because I love their little tandem on that show. What do you guys think? What should I call my laptop? Comment to vote!
