It’s almost the end of June and it’s officially been around three or four weeks of classes (I really don’t care much to count right now). A lot of big changes has happened since I became a sophomore, things that I need to adjust to like my classes and my schedule. Org life has changed a lot for me as well since I don’t really have much of a place to hang out anymore. I’ve sort of had to force myself to get used to hanging out at the library so I could take advantage of the airconditioned building and the strong wifi signal.
I actually really like the classes I have right now, even accounting 15 which is every management student’s hell subject (though even with my first quiz being an epic fail, I still enjoy it). Economics is probably the only bother to me right now mostly because its a 7:30 am class and I’ve never had a real class at that time slot (ITM isn’t really a class). Law 11 class is really intersting though the book reading is really boring (I’ve never been one for readings well not the academic kind at least) and Communications 11 was especially interesting yesterday afternoon when we had a guest speaker giving the lecture.
I guess everyone is wondering what my PE is this sem, well first sem of my freshman year I took Tai chi out of curiosity and interest and I really liked it, then I took running cause I really wanted to strengthen my body up and I really enjoyed that too (even though I got hit by car during one of my runs). This sem I took up Ballroom Dancing (Dance sport) as my PE which I guess is fun but it certainly usn’t for my wallet. I was required to buy dance shoes which had 1 and 1/2 inches high heels that cost 2000 php! Good bye iphone 3g…
But besides that it has been fun, even though I could never memorize the steps. I probably look like an injured man who ost his crutches when I dance but hey its still fun.
